3. Users

  1. A User is a natural person who registers with the platform and may participate in events organized by The Female Connection for a fee.
  2. By registering with The Female Connection, the User agrees to the general terms and conditions and rules of conduct.
  3. Users must provide The Female Connection with accurate and complete information required to deliver services promptly.

  2. Registration for events closes three days before the event.
  3. Limited spaces for events are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. TFC may organize additional events based on demand.

  7. Payment for events must be made using the specified method.
  8. Users receive a confirmation email upon registration.

6. Attendance requirements and expectations

  1. Users must arrive punctually at the event venue.
  2. Registration for events must be confirmed.
  3. Users should communicate changes in attendance status.
  4. Users must behave respectfully and courteously.
  5. Users should actively participate in event activities.
  6. Users must follow guidelines and instructions from organizers.

7. User payment, reminder & collection costs

  1. Payment must be made immediately through the specified portal.
  2. Payment must be made without deductions.
  3. Access to events is granted after payment confirmation.
  4. Event access is withheld until payment completion.

8. Liability

  1. The User acknowledges that participation in events organized by The Female Connection involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards.
  2. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, the user waives, releases, and discharges The Female Connection, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise as a result of her participation in the event.
  3. The User understands and accepts that she is participating voluntarily and at her own risk.
  4. The agreement concluded between TFC and User belongs to the category of best effort agreements. Therefore, TFC will never be held liable for results not achieved.
  5. Any indirect liability with regard to the services and products offered is excluded, such as (but not limited to) consequential damage, lost items, or materials.
  6. Any direct liability with regards to services and products offered is excluded, such as (but not limited to), physical damages and health issues.
  7. The User indemnifies The Female Connection for all claims arising from services provided to The Female Connection by third parties.
  8. Furthermore, the User indemnifies the Female Connection against all claims from third parties regarding damage caused by unlawful or careless use of materials and items provided during the events.
